Dr. Travis Salway (he/him)

Dr. Travis Salway (he/him) is a CGSHE Faculty Member and Assistant Professor at Simon Fraser University whose research investigates population health inequities in the context of stigma. A social epidemiologist, he has over 15 years of experience working with sexual minority communities to inform and improve public health interventions. Dr. Salway’s training spans social work at the University of California at Berkeley (2002), clinical epidemiology at McGill University (2008), and public health epidemiology at the University of Toronto (2017).
