Dr. Neora Pick (she/her)
Dr. Neora Pick (she/her) is a CGSHE Faculty Member and Clinical Professor in the Infectious Diseases Division of the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. Since 2011, she has been the medical director at the Oak Tree Clinic and is a strong advocate for trauma informed care for women living with HIV, and for HIV care in women’s provincial correction. Dr. Pick is a key investigator on the SHAWNA Project and the NIMH-funded trauma-informed HIV care at CGSHE/ UBC and sits on the BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS Therapeutic Guideline Committee. Her research areas are HIV in women, HIV and aging, and HIV/HCV and HIV/HPV co-infection. Dr. Pick has been a site investigator for numerous CTN studies, and has acted as an investigator for CTN 222, 236, 240, and 264. She has contributed to numerous policy and guidelines document locally and nationally, and various CTN publications.
